Chris Polster Inspires & Empowers Solopreneurs
Solopreneurs experience a scarcity of income from an abundance of work.
Solopreneurs experience a scarcity of income from an abundance of work.
My business is called Retired But Working (RBW), and I am on a mission to systematically increase the earnings potential of likeminded solopreneurs who share my core values.
I am an authority on the economic impact of solopreneurs, and of the forebodings of the economy on solopreneurs. By my definition, solopreneurs have no employees, and want to keep it that way, unlike entrepreneurs who intend to scale up to the need for employees and the trappings of corporate life.
Just as freshwater habitats support the unique needs of freshwater life, solopreneurs have unique needs that are different from scaling businesses, yet all businesses are confined to a single "Saltwater" economy. I want solopreneurs to thrive in their own Freshwater Economic Habitat that supports their independent lifetime goals.
A stakeholder is anyone with a "stake" of any kind in the success of your business. It may be an enthusiastic supporter; an investor; a service provider; a client; or any family member or friend. Committed Stakeholders are very important to solopreneurs, just as they are in the Saltwater Economy, but difficult to identify and manage.
